"I had an amazing time! The rooms are nice, especially the beds I slept comfortably. The staff are lovely people who were also very helpful, I did most of the excursions was definitely a 10/10! The food, shows, entertainment, drinks are amazing.. for my first time here, I will definitely be coming back and thank you again Riu Palace In Costa Rica!"

"Room was not ready at check in, scheduled a Hydro message however when we arrived to the spot it was broken and nobody noticed us. Also it was a misunderstanding with one of our dinner reservations tthat was handled bad by the staff "

"The stay that my partner & I had was phenomenal! This resort is extremely clean, with a ton of food/ drink options to choose from. There are a lot of fun activities that happen throughout the day to keep you busy. We were more than pleased with our stay, everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. "Yes, very clean they organized and cleaned our room multiple times a day. They could’ve had more restaurants open. Some music down at the pool would’ve been nice. Apparently we went during their lowest season and it was only about 5 to 10% occupied so it was pretty quiet. There was a minor construction that disrupted our afternoon one day with some very loud pressure washers. It’d be nice if they had a club with music and dance floor . but they did upgrade us when we got there to a better room with an ocean view. I was very appreciated of that."
