"The property is a good one. Lots of pretty scenery. The tropical pool area is nice with a lot of greenery. The pools are clean and the water is warm. The tropical pool can get a bit overwhelming with kids at certain times. The front main pool is more chill. The rooms are clean, however we had cigarette butts and hair from a dog on our lanai. We had to ask them to come clean for us. Overall it’s a good property. Great value and I would recommend it if you have kids or are traveling for a mini vacation. Don’t expect a large resort feel though. "

"Room was dirty and AC was broken. They gave us a new room after we spoke with them. Then we went to open the door to the new room and heard people talking as I grabbed the door handle, two men walked out. I complained to the manager and he started arguing with me. This place has really gone down the toilet. Will NOT be staying there again."

"Hard Rock was very nice, clean and staff was nice. It is catered to mostly adults so I would probably not recommend to stay here with kids next time but a nice hotel nonetheless."

"Incredibly nice pool and hot tub, feels like you’re at a resort. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and reasonable. Easy access in and out of hotel. Room was clean and nice, and the price was fabulous. I enjoy boutique hotels over chain hotels and this one didn’t disappoint. "
