"Little things…the window shade was wrinkled, damaged and it was hard to close or open. The bathroom door needed replacing it looked as if a dog had chewed the veneer off one corner and they just painted over it. Before bed the TV guide channel was not accessible but it was working by morning. I like more light in a room, like a bathroom when I am shaving. The ambient backlighted mirror did not illuminate as I would have liked. I will say the towels were extraordinary!!! Thick and big enough for a tall person like me."

"The receptionist was not friendly at check in. He checked me in and gave me the key and that’s pretty much it. I had to ask him about amenities and got an extra key. The room was decent. There was hair in my bath towel… and I woke up in the middle of the night to a roach in the bathroom… I had to go to the desk to request clean towels but had to bring down the old ones to get new ones. No one was at the desk, I had to say hello every single time I went to the desk because they were always in the back. Parking is kind of tight but free. The room were nice and cold."

"This is our preferred property to stay at when we travel to attend shows at the near by amphitheater. All of the staff are very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are all updated and very clean, with a full size kitchen. The beds are comfortable and the showers have actual water pressure. The breakfast has a wide variety of choices, but we did notice a smaller difference in hot choice of item on a weekday, which is to be expected in my opinion. Overall it is a great choice in accommodation and I highly recommend!"
