โTo whoever the architectural designer(s) is/are, phenomenal work of art on the room layout. The bed in the center of the room was genius. Definitely an upgrade from traditional design. My feedback to the owners/management, you all need someone to clean up the overflowing trash outside the hotel door. Also the keypad to our room was broken and it was difficult to get into the hotel from the pool door. Someone had to unlock it for us and some other guest from the inside or we had to walk around...
โThis is my third time staying at Hilton Alpharetta, and this visit was especially delightful. Tricia at the concierge remembered me, even though it had been 9 months since my last stay. Her warm and genuine greeting was so meaningful, and it reassured me that Iโll continue to return and recommend this place to others.
Additionally, the staff member in the lounge on the 8th floor (I didnโt catch her name) was incredibly kind and greeted me warmly every time. Honestly, they both deserve a raise!...
