“Disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff were a little unwelcoming and the service was not great.
A beautiful location but this was let down by terrible parking, poor facilities and attention to detail that wasn’t there!!!!
The spa was poor with an outlook to a wall!!
The room was also disappointing with hair on my pillow and uncomfortable cheap pillows. I was very much looking forward to this stay but was very disappointed.”
