“The stay was fantastic. Just one issue was the lack of response from the emergancey contact number on the hotels.com confirmation email.....when we could not get in the property, and the key was not in the key safe!.....still waiting for an answer to our call & text.....very poor. We managed to find the key, and text the owners, who replied promptly and were lovely.”

“Clean and super convenient property. Good amenities, great garden and super comfy beds. Difficult to get hold of the management company prior to arrival. But other than that, great property and a good location. ”

“This property is need of a lot of repair. Leaks through the ceiling, peeling paint, the water tank is a real issue - you may run out of drinking water! Marks and holes in walls through the property. It is not a virtual check in you have to go collect the keys. We lost two hours trying to get hold of virtual check in. Microwave sounds like it’s going to explode and dishwasher doesn’t work. Really terrible stay. The only plus is there’s a lovely view”
