“Our subpar experience started right at check-in when we were ignored by the front desk agent. The valet acknowledged us twice and after the second time, went to find a different front desk agent (who started our check in and then was pushed out of the way by the agent who ignored us). No one answered the room service call so we went down and ordered to go from the restaurant and took it up to our room on our own.
