“Not cleaned properly. Bed was dirty with hairs, pillow was stinky, some cookie debris on the table and chairs, sticky gross thing on a glass. I enjoyed staying in many Holiday inn locations across the states for many years, but I think I will stay away from Holiday inn on my future trips. So disappointed.”

“Charles greeted us at the valet stand and thus began our awesome experience with the staff at Scottsdale Marriott at Mcdowell Mountain. He directed us to check-in and we were greeted by a smiling young lady named Morgan. We we're a little early but our room was ready and she quickly got us checked in. Room was spacious. We got changed and headed to the pool. The pool needed a quick skim but it wasnt enough that we didnt enjoy it. We headed up to the restaurant/bar to grab a quick snack. Ordered...

“Friendly desk staff and always greeted me professionally with courtesy and genuine concern about my stay. Breakfast was way below par. Overpriced for self service buffet with powdered eggs, fruit and cereal. No waitress service (at least when I was there), many of the menu options and coffee were emptied without sign of any restocking. ”

“We stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage as a Mother's Day moms-only retreat. It was exactly what we needed - gorgeous space, walking distance to pools, restaurant, private patio, and breakfast in the morning. We already want to book for next year!”
