โIโm generally satisfied with the hotel. Actually, I reserved a studio for two nights but upgraded to suite room with plenty of space for a couple. Because I stayed here during February, majority of guests of the hotel is seniors from north area like Wisconsin, Chicago. And the hotel provides a lot of activities for them such as drip coffee making. They are not very professional classes but you can still enjoy them. Hotel staffs are kind and I like their swimming pool as well.

โWe had an unplanned multi-day stay at the Hyatt House and we were incredibly impressed with the staff, the room, their ability to accommodate pets, and so much more. We absolutely recommend the Hyatt House North Scottsdale to anyone staying in the greater Phoenix area! โ
โNot cleaned properly.
Bed was dirty with hairs, pillow was stinky, some cookie debris on the table and chairs, sticky gross thing on a glass.
I enjoyed staying in many Holiday inn locations across the states for many years, but I think I will stay away from Holiday inn on my future trips.
So disappointed.โ
