Our suite was large and clean, with two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher, full sized fridge, stocked cabinets, a coffeemaker, and your standard pots/pans/utensils for cooking. Pools were clean and comfortable, and the kids had fun on the water slides. Staff was responsive via text. Really the perfect place to stay with two young kids."

"Someone stole my husband's sweatshirt from his room, which was left behind in the closet and has not yet been recovered or turned in to lost and found. I know that no one stayed in the room the night after he left because I spoke with the front desk. Terrible customer service at this hotel. I was told I would be called back and have yet to receive a call-back from anyone there. I was put on hold for a long time this am when I called for a second time. Sad, as the hotel was extremely expensive for one night and just a terrible experience all around. This was a special item to my husband, even if it didn't appear important to others. "
