"The room itself was great. Very clean and comfortable. Only hiccup was we were not told the shuttle schedule and had to pay for an Uber upon arriving as our plane landed 30 minutes after the shuttle stopped running. I had called in the morning to see what the process of using their shuttle was and schedule was never communicated to me. However staff was very kind and helpful upon arrival."

However, plates, pots/pans, cups and utensils are provided. The building has a secure entry and you need a code for the elevator as well, so I felt safe entering the building. "The unit was beautiful and clean, with easy/clear instructions on how to get in. I got there early thinking I had early check in and my codes weren’t working, I mistakenly did not add it to my trip but within a few minutes I had someone on the phone and in person to help me get into my unit. Very responsive and helpful I would stay again. Only problem was the tricky parking situation which isn’t the property’s fault. You have to pay for parking anytime on street or in lots from 6-10pm"
