I do not recommend kasa at Bellevue. The check in process with parking a vehicle is so off putting that the visit started horribly. We arrived around 8:30pm and weren’t able to start our night until 9:30pm because the 5 page of instructions to enter and grab a key from the unit, go back down to multiple parking levels etc were extremely inconvenient. The actual parking situation was a joke. We couldn’t fit in and out of the car, or leave the neighboring car any room because the spaces are so small we had to climb in and out via TRUNK. Once inside the unit, it was dirty and uncomfortable. Dirt on sofa, none of the lights worked until we started screwing in lightbulbs, crumbs on floor, musty odor. It’s clear the furniture is cheap and the unit is not invested in or professionally upkept. I slept on top of covers because I didn’t trust the bed. I booked kasa because of 2 bedroom 2 bathroom space, and it was spacious. But it wasn’t a place we wanted to hang out. I give the stay 2 stars for location and spacious but would never ever stay at a kasa situation again. We checked out early, 7:30am. Not worth the money.

This would be a phenomenal “home base” to explore all of coastal Washington. With parking, a phenomenal location.

This property was not good at all for us. The parking was so small and with an SUV is impossible to park. The apartment had a moldy smell and the fact that there is no AC, only 1 portable unit for a 2 room apartment was not good for us or my family's health. Still trying to communicate with the property since they would not refund me the money although I was not able to stay there due to my son's health. Awful experience with managements and the facility. Will never go back

Lobby of the condo had a terrible smell. Bathroom also smelled musty. Condo was fine except didn’t have enough blankets and sheets for every bed. Took almost 3 hours to get a person on the phone and at that time no concierge was available to deliver any blankets or sheets.

We booked a 2 queen unit. They changed it to a queen and 2 twins. When I called they said the room wasn’t changed and I was lying about booking 2 queens. They then sent me an email confirming I booked 2 queens but there was an issue with that room. They were working on a resolution and would follow up. They didn’t follow up. There was mold in the living room and bathroom and the beds were hard as rocks.

The room looked like a third-rate facility. Furniture looked bad. Considering what they charged for the place, it was not good. No signs at the front area indicating that it was Kasa. The building had a smell when I was walking in the hallway.

Worst Experience from Hotels.com in 10 years.

A ridiculous place to stay. We arrived to zero signage or instruction. The building is an apartment complex that rents through a service. I had to call Hotels.com to get the local number and when someone finally answered, I was told that I should have received an email with check in instructions. No such email had arrived and I explained this. The customer service rep for Kasa then looks and say, "oh, we don't have your email but you should have received a text". I informed her that I received no text either to which she responds, "oh, we don't have your phone number either"... Really? I give her my email and she says you'll get an email immediately. The email arrives and it's linked to someone else and someone else's email address. Another call is made. Hold on I'll resend the mail. Ok, so email comes and it's a dog and pony show. Send a selfie, send a photo of your driver's license. Answer a dozen questions and send it back. Finally, I receive that email with instructions and codes to enter the building and the apartment. Guess what, the code for the apartment doesn't work. Another phone call. Ok, so now a new code and it works. So you have to park in a restricted spot, go upstairs to the the garage door opener. Come back down and move your car. This check in ordeal was ridiculous. I received a text at 6am, yes woke me at 6 to inform me to check out at 11am. Who does this? Terrible place. And the TV is not hooked up to anything so it was useless.

Overall a great stay. It is a great value for what you get (location, size, number of rooms, amenities, etc.) versus the price paid. It is on an excellent location, big apartment with two beds/two baths, full kitchen, washer/drier, etc. Communication can be improved.

This property is in a very convenient location, can walk to grocery stores, the mall (although it is closed due to Covid-19) etc... There are a few maintenance items such as leaking pipe due to loose connection and burnt out lights, but the Kasa Team is very responsive and has arranged repairs within a few days. I am pleased with my stay here.

well located, convenient access, and spacious

This appartment is well located and spacious. We got a hiccup during check-in as the provided code didn't work but calling them resolved the issue immediately. The only thing is this appartement is not very well soundproofed and you can hear street circulation. Also there is a building in construction right next to it and they start really early.

A Suitable Apartment

This apartment was clean and suited our needs for recuperating after 5 days of traveling and camping. The previous reviewer who stated that the place had no screens on the windows still hold true and the initial parking spot given to us was VERY tight. Thankfully, another person who was using another of Kasa’s apartments wanted to switch spots with us, and so we were able to park at a more spacious spot. We did not have problems with tiny gnats/flies/bugs like the other reviewer stated even with the windows and balcony doors open. The lack of A/C would be uncomfortable during the summer if you are staying inside all day (we did not). However, the nice breeze in the evening cooled the apartment down immediately after we returned. The apartment also has a gas fireplace that had its flame on more than a normal pilot light. It was enough to make the glass cover hot to the touch. There was no way to turn it down and no way for anyone to come and take care of it. Our view was of the Hilton Gardens directly across the street, and our windows faced a major street. All in all, we appreciated the comfortable beds, the washer and dryer, and the use of a basic kitchen. Checking in and checking out was fairly simple apart from receiving the instructions the morning of our reservation. Hotels.com does not give Kasa your email information, so before getting to your destination, you should use the phone number they give you and call ahead with your email address.

The property was in a great location, but frustrating. Communication between Expedia and Kasa to get checked in was a bit broken. Kasa didn’t have the information needed to get me the codes or even check me in. Luckily I had read previous reviews. Parking was terrible. 1 fan for a 2bed/bath. Wrong number of beds for unit I rented. Had to pay for 2 nights to park at a different location because they had to figure out where I could park the full sized SUV I rented for the week. There was not even an offer to reimburse me for my trouble. Price was good, but the hassle was not.
