"The room was beautiful but super small and did not have best comforts. But it's a really old hotel so I forgive all of that. Don't use the vending machines. You'll fight more with them then what it's worth."

We've book a weekend there every May and intend to continue doing so. As long as you're not expecting a fancy resort, this is probably your best option on Cape Ann. Z"

"We loved staying at the Salem Inn! The room was unique and beautiful and it is in a great central location (basically right across from the Witch House). The only downside was that there was no elevator and our room was on the third floor, but they do have a dumbwaiter to bring your luggage up for you. We had an excellent breakfast included as well. Would definitely stay there again. "

"The staff here is amazing. They want to help you and would go out of their way to do that. I was flying to London and had left my phone in the hotel shuttle. The driver was very thoughtful and patience. He waited outside the airport gate for me to come and collect that. I sincerely appreciated their help."
