"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

"Secluded, rightly-sized, with good facilities for one or a couple, and giving access to shops, city centre and buses to countryside. Stairway to flat on dark nights would benefit from light sensor triggered by descending older lodgers. We used our phones to light our way down."
