“Great place to stay while waiting for ferry in North Sydney. Enjoyed the carpet free room and Chinese food was great in restaurant! Suggest having coffee in room for morning wake-up but appreciated the coffee from restaurant.”

“When I checked in, everything seemed to be fine. I told my name, showed my ID. Then the lady wanted to take a picture of it. She wouldn't tell me why. She would delete it the next day. I declined. Showing her that the ID was me. She seemed confused about not letting her take a picture of MY ID. That set the tone for the motel. Its overral okay. Some wall paper was peeling away from the wall and the beds were very springy. Parking was right infront of the room which was nice. It did feel a little...

“We enjoyed the location, although there is no food except the lobster house next door which only has breakfast in the summer months. We stayed 2 nights and drove 20 minutes into Baddeck for breakfast each day. The motel is dated and furnishings are well worn, but everything you need is in room.It was lovely to sit outside on the edge of water. The owner is very hospitable.”
