“The castle was an amazing experience. Who doesnt want to stay in a castle?? It is FAR into the countryside and without a car, you cannot visit. The room was stunning but it was so hot and there was no option to adjust the temperature. Dinner was a challenge. You had to flag down the staff for cutlery after they dropped off the food. “Beautiful room and hotel, very secure and comfortable with lots of takeaways and coffee shops adjacent, the breakfast was lovely and the only issue I could name was that it was incredibly warm in the room, however the hotel does provide a Dyson fan which was a great benefit while pointed directly at us but it really didn’t cool the room at all, and while trying to sleep is far too loud. Regarding the parking was fine , with the exception of the electric car charging on site, the low charging station could take 2 cars but was continually occupied by one car for 3 days without moving from the station.
