“Room not cleaned. Returned late in the day from a funeral and bed was unmade, towels damp, tea and coffee not replaced. No cleaning whatsoever. Room was clean initially but property is old and dim due to lack of natural light. The Inn is a 'pub' and breakfast is served in the bar area. Claustrophobic and unpleasant. Misinformation by staff about breakfast meant we did not get a cooked breakfast on first day. Overpriced for the standard of service provided.”
