"Had a family emergency over a week and a half before my stay was to happen. Tried to cancel with enough notice. CANT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE! Condo was clean for the most part except for the dish washer loaded with someone else’s dirty dishes. We also had no toilet paper (not even a roll on the holder) which I informed the front desk and was told, ‘I’ll bring it right up’. She did not bring it up. Elevator was also having issues. "We stayed in room 307, the room was clean and beautiful. The staff was very personable accommodating. The minute i stepped foot in the room it took the sting out of the deposit, which is refunded the minute you check out. If you are gowing to Wildwood NJ, I recomend the hotel Cabana. Convenient 1 minute walk to the board walk. "
