"The receptionist was so helpful and kind to respond to my query about the hairdryer and came promptly to my room to help me find it and was very gracious when I realised it had been there the whole time in a black bag on the hanger and I totally missed that! The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and I had the best shower. The breakfast was great with a wide selection of food and hot drinks. It was in a good location for the conference I attended at the St Thomas centre next to the cathedral. "

They brought over plastic bowls/plates/cups and offered to help carry hot drinks over while I was carrying a toddler Always so friendly when we passed the reception desk "
