“Pretty disappointed. Their pool was out of commission yesterday and they did not stipulate that when making the reservation nor when I checked in. I had to ask about it. I would have absolutely stayed at another one of the 10+ hotels so our girls could have swam. (They were extremely disappointed !) “The front desk staff was friendly and the pool was clean and nice to use. Our room, 212, did not blow out cold, or even cool air, and the refrigerator barely got cool at all. We stayed 2 nights and told the front desk on the first night about not having air conditioning. All he said was that he would tell maintenance about it on Monday. The beds were on uncomfortable metal frames that made a lot of noise and the pillows were tiny and flat. The only thing decent about breakfast was the biscuits...
