“Staff was awesome! We arrived at 10am the day of check in. They had rooms already cleaned and let us check in early. We also lost a shoe off the balcony during our stay. It landed on top of the awning over the door on the main level. We let the maintenance director know and he had it down within 5 minutes. Swimming pools had tons of fresh towels. Rooms were clean. Great family spot! ”
“The hotel is being renovated, but we felt very welcomed. Our room was perfect. The staff member bent over backwards to make sure of this, telling us to let her know if we needed a different room. Would definitely recommend your hotel to anyone!”
