Northeastern Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania hotel rooms at the Hilton Hotels

"Pros: The King suite is great, furniture and lighting was a plus too. The room bathroom size was awesome with it having a big tub separated from the shower. The staff was very helpful and professional, never had an issue. The pool/casino/restaurants was 10/10 and will come again. Cons: If you don’t like the smell of cigarettes then be prepared when entering the casino as if it’s caked in the walls. No hate on who does it but it is the main thing that stands out. Me having the King Suite and told it would be a charge for a refrigerator PER DAY is insane. The TVs in the room are outdated with like a 2005-10 setup almost like OG comcast BUT you gotta pay to watch stuff as well. Main issue is there are many Hidden Fees at this place and for my first time at a place like this it’s helpful to spread awareness. "

"Emailed regarding my trip. Tons of things were closed or opened layer then listed. Including night time snow tubing. We were told due to the low occupancy it wasnt worth it for them to be open. But i paid the same price as everyone else does. The main thing we went up there to do was the night time lighted snow tubing. Our room was jnfested with lady bugs, the safe didnt work, cigarette butts and ashes all over the balcony. "

"We had several disruptions and were wildly inconvenienced each night during our stay. From water not working in our room to being displaced due to a gas leak, what was meant to be a relaxing birthday celebration in the mountains became a dismal and frustrating experience. "

"This place is okay but I’ve been to Quality inn in Kentucky much better breakfast hot too eggs sausage etc. also this place doesn’t give rooms after midnight they tell you no room available till 3 pm which is STUPID so don’t bother going here after midnight go to another motel willing to give you a room. "
