“For my little one’s exam trip. Urgently booked due to a sudden booking error for another apartment hotel on that same day(actually night), but experienced special. Gave us free room upgrade and a little cute fluffy Corgi dog which is hotel signature for his good luck. The breakfast was super qualified and my son told me a lot about it. Touched by your exceptional kindness and excellency. ”

"Parking is paid and costs about 90 USD for 2 nights. Payment must be made through an app like epark. I remember the bike rental fee being 27 USD per day. The bikes are difficult for beginners to ride. The staff’s attitude was unpleasant when I requested a refund for the bike rental. Check-in is very slow. Like at a bank, you have to take a number and wait more than 15 minutes, and you also have to take another number and wait again just to make inquiries. The key oaks check-in couldn’t find my reservation information and kept asking for a lot of information like my address, but ultimately the check-in failed. The bathroom in the room is extremely small and can barely accommodate one person. There are only 3 disposable body wash packets, and once you use them all, you have to pay to buy more. When you open the windows, it’s very noisy, and when you close them, it’s hot. Overall, this is a place I do not recommend."
