영어 잘 못해서 뮤지컬표 잘못 예매한 것 추가금 내고 자리 바꿔야 하는걸 컨시어지에서 도와주셔서 너무 고마웠어요^^
항상 외출할 때도 아이에게 인사해주셔서 아이도 너무 좋아했어요.
둘 다 부끄러움이 많은 편인데 쉽게 다가 갈 수 있는 분위기를 만들어 주어 좋았습니다.
위치도 서비스도 모두 좋아서 다음에 런던에 오게되면 또 다시 들리고싶은 곳이예요.”
“Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel 6 nuits! Hôtel bien placé dans le beau quartier de covent garden, sur une avenue à 2 minutes du métro Holborn, à 2 stations de la gare St Pancras! Le petit déjeuner était bon. La chambre que l'on avait choisie pour 2 faisait environ 10 m2 mais fonctionnelle. Le hall de l'hôtel est beau et l'accueil y est chaleureux ! Très bons moments passés dans cet hôtel ! Une petite dégustation de vins et de fromages était offerte!”
“I love the quiet location of this hotel. Not quite in central London but just close enough to be convenient. The hotel has lots of space, both in common areas and in particular, the rooms. They are quite spacious and comfortable. Elevators quick and fast. Staff was great. Our reception, Shokh, was particularly kind, efficient and helpful to both myself and family. He went out of his way to assist in all demands. Would definitely stay there again. I think that it is good value for money.”

Little bit annoying because I felt like Asian racist !!I stayed here 2016 , 2022 and now 2025 ..
I never feel bad experience but now I got it..
Breakfast was amazing but should be more foods.. like some Asian food …"
"Parking is paid and costs about 90 USD for 2 nights. Payment must be made through an app like epark. I remember the bike rental fee being 27 USD per day. The bikes are difficult for beginners to ride. The staff’s attitude was unpleasant when I requested a refund for the bike rental. Check-in is very slow. Like at a bank, you have to take a number and wait more than 15 minutes, and you also have to take another number and wait again just to make inquiries. The key oaks check-in couldn’t find my reservation information and kept asking for a lot of information like my address, but ultimately the check-in failed. The bathroom in the room is extremely small and can barely accommodate one person. There are only 3 disposable body wash packets, and once you use them all, you have to pay to buy more. When you open the windows, it’s very noisy, and when you close them, it’s hot. Overall, this is a place I do not recommend."
