"Very clean. Small room but ok for one person with a small suitcase. Nice shower easy to control. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. My room was quite a long walk from reception."

"I had an issue with the late night room service during my stay which was handled appropriately by the manager of room service. This was an excellent experience all around and would highly recommend this hotel which has an excellent view of the Tower Bridge and located in a prime area to get to all the attractions London has to offer. The breakfast buffet which was included in our stay is second to none and has everything you would want from a buffet to get you started on a busy day ahead."

"We stayed one night after our holiday following a late arrival into Manchester airport. We waited around 20 mins for the courtesy bus, which was clean and quick. check-in was easy, the room was clean and easy to find, and the beds were very comfortable.We didn't use any other facilities bar breakfast, which was also very good. A tiny possible improvement: the same number of bath towels as room occupants (we had 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels for a 4-person family room), I would use this hotel again and I would recommend it. We are a family with 15 and 17 year old children."

"This was a very convenient hotel to stay at. A short walk from the train station and very central to the city of Oslo and many major attractions. The buffet breakfast was the BEST we have ever had in a hotel, top notch, lots of selection, fresh fruit, breads, cheeses, hot and cold items, eggs and omelets made to order. The staff were all pleasant and had a very helpful approach to all guests, both in the the restaurant and at the front desk. The room was nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. The ONLY issue we had with this hotel was the promise and uktimate failure to refund a portion of the cost because we downgraded the original category of the room we booked for the 1st two nights of our stay to a lower category so we could remain in the same room for the 3rd night (which was the first night of a group tour). The issue came about when upon checkout there was no refund and the front desk employee indicated there was nothing she could do to help us out. When we asked about a contact name and # for a supervisor, none were provided. This was a very disappointing end to an excellent stay."
