Clean, modern hotel, very close to Oslo central train station. Twin bed room had good space for two people to move around comfortably. Bathroom was a little small. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Since it’s in city center very easy to get around/ find places to eat and drink, etc. Can be a little noisy outside at night during peak times but nothing too disruptive. Didn’t partake in breakfast.

Nice hotel. Very busy. Check in queue and check out queue were quite long both times. We booked a superior room but I’m not convinced it was. We did ask at reception, and they said it was a superior but the photos were the same as a standard twin. The spa area is lovely but it was full of kids and really noisy, not relaxing at all. Aircon in the room didn’t seem to work. No hooks to hang up towels in the bathroom. Breakfast is extremely busy! A good hotel but not a 5 star experience.

Because the hotel was fully booked with conventions, it was not available to us for early check-in, although we were offered that for a fee. We got to the hotel about 7:30 AM and had to hang around because of the weather inside until 3:00 PM when we could finally get our room. The hotel was lovely,, and the staff exceptional.

Super convenient to Oslo Station, a quick walk to early train. Clean but busy hotel. We stayed 2 nights, then another single night after returning from Bergen. Nicer room the 2nd time, on high floor. Hotel wouldn’t hold our luggage for 48 hours, but there are rentable lockers at station.

Top notch breakfast - easily one of the best at any hotels I've ever stayed at. The place was busy - it could be a bit overwhelming at times, especially in the mornings at the breakfast buffet. I believe there was also a conference happening. The room was a good size and I loved the decor. Great location, we walked absolutely everywhere and coming from the train station, it couldn't have been easier or more convenient. I would absolutely reccommend this hotel.

The location is superb, just across the Central Station, walkable to attractions and proximity to various f&b outlets. Access to tram, metro and bus transport is just right outside. Room was well maintained and environment is cosy.

The room was very spacious, with enough room to accommodate two large suitcases. ample amount of space in the bathroom for toiletries. However, there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang anything at all. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious food options (it was a bit overwhelming due to the number of hotel guests though). The staff were also very helpful and friendly, making our stay more enjoyable. The hotel's location was excellent, just few mins walk from central train station, most of the point of interests are within walking distance. The only downside was some street noise, which may have been due to the weekend.

It’s a very convenient location, just steps away from Oslo central! Keep that in mind when you’re booking because titrate your expectations appropriately. Because it’s so busy, the front desk staff were always swamped. That said, I’ve only had good experiences dealing with them. They even helped me swap to a different room because my original room would not lock properly. So if a modern stay in the heart of the city is what you’re looking for, definitely recommend this spot.

Tout est parfait au Clarion hôtel. L'hôtel est très bien situé, juste à côté de la gare centrale, des transports en commun, des principales attractions culturelles et touristiques de Oslo. Chambre et salle de bain vastes, très propres, très calmes. Petits déjeuners excellents et généreux. Bain tourbillon et sauna très agréables. Je recommande chaudement cet hôtel.

Second stay at the Clarion Hub and would return. Great location, clean, helpful friendly staff, the best breakfast buffet I have ever experienced. Great rooftop bar. The very slight negative was the paintwork in our room could have done with a freshen up, doors had some damage on them. Thanks for a great stay.

The Clarion Hotel was perfectly located a few steps from the train station. My room was cozy and lovely and very quiet. The room had a fridge and coffee maker. Breakfast was over the top there were a number of tables filled with baked goods, fruit, vegetables, cheeses and meats and several hot choices on top of a chef to make your personal omlette. Everything was delicious. I ended up walking to all the tourist sites. Buses and trams available just outside the door of the hotel. If I was so lucky to go to Norway again I would for sure stay at this hotel.

My room was a superior room with a city view. The soap and hand lotion was broken off the wall. The curtain was off the track and could not be closed to block out the light when sleeping. One wall was covered with large black scuff marks that looked like crayon marks. Dirty coffee cups and drinking glasses were not cleared away and replaced each day. There was no mattress only a three inch futon-like bedding. While the lobby is beautiful and the breakfast buffet was great, the hotel was poorly run and maintained. As a senior citizen, I chose it for location as it is near Oslo Station. If this is a "superior" room I shudder to think what other rooms look like. Would never stay there again.

Very helpful front desk staff. Assisted with an upgrade due to delay in housekeeping. Very happy. The most amazing breakfast buffet I have seen. Hotel was very clean and tidy. Bags are able to be stored in a locked room.
