"many hairs found on the floor and even in pillow covers !!!!!! also, drain in shower booth was clogged so water flooded. No fridges, hair dryer, and water. worst hotel ever experienced. Even check in/out is done by yourself and hotel charges you for luggage storage GBP15 which I never experienced in my life."

"Exceptional hospitality and a wonderful stay! I arrived at the hotel early in the morning around 9 AM. I only expected to drop off my luggage, but to my surprise, they allowed me to check in early. I was so grateful for the flexibility. A special thanks to Mr. Moiez for the incredibly warm welcome; he truly made my arrival special. Throughout my stay, every staff member was professional and kind. All of my requests were handled promptly and efficiently. The room itself was fantastic, and I especially loved the beautiful park view. The bathroom was spotless, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. As for breakfast, the restaurant had a modern and cozy atmosphere. While the menu wasn't extensive, the quality was good and I enjoyed my meals there. After checking out, the staff kindly assisted me with my heavy luggage, which made my departure very smooth. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to London and will highly recommend it to my friends!"

"객실이 깨끗하고, 아침 뷔폐가 맛있음 2명이서 사용하기에는 객실이 작은 느낌 특이한점은 1~2층이 social hub로 사용되는것 같음 주말에는 주변 클럽의 소리가 들림(신남)"
