“Arrived at the property at 7pm with a 35 minute window before the start time of our event to drop bags check in and leave, only to be informed the hotel had overbooked and they didn’t have a room. They proposed sending us to the courtyard Marriott instead. “Love this village hotel . Over night with 5 yr old grandson . Booked early check in. Staff on reception were brilliant. Made sure we received all the information we needed to access the pool with the little one. Pool changing room were spotless and both pools were warm and sparkling cleam. ”

"체크인부터 PADAM덕분에 매우 행복했다.그는 친절하고 세심하게 나를 도와주었고 덕분에 호텔에 대한 이미지가 매우 상승했다.호텔룸에서 타워브리지가 한 눈에 담겼는데 호텔밖 어떤 뷰보다 완벽했다.호텔 룸 컨디션은 침대 옆 콘센트 같은 투숙객을 위한 배려가 묻어있었다.호텔 주변의 식당이나 카페들 분위기도 매우 훌륭했다.재방문과 추천 의사 있음."

"Parking is paid and costs about 90 USD for 2 nights. Payment must be made through an app like epark. I remember the bike rental fee being 27 USD per day. The bikes are difficult for beginners to ride. The staff’s attitude was unpleasant when I requested a refund for the bike rental. Check-in is very slow. Like at a bank, you have to take a number and wait more than 15 minutes, and you also have to take another number and wait again just to make inquiries. The key oaks check-in couldn’t find my reservation information and kept asking for a lot of information like my address, but ultimately the check-in failed. The bathroom in the room is extremely small and can barely accommodate one person. There are only 3 disposable body wash packets, and once you use them all, you have to pay to buy more. When you open the windows, it’s very noisy, and when you close them, it’s hot. Overall, this is a place I do not recommend."
