"I loved this hotel especially its proximity to the beach! We only used the pool once because we were at the beach but it was not the cleanest but it was 9 at night. I do wish both elevators had been working but it wasn’t a terrible wait."

"We liked that it was right on the beach. The Tiki bar was nice and the pool. They really need some restrooms near the pool! The hotel is older and there is some wear and tear noticeable, but overall nice place."

"The staff here were great! Krista made check in easy and was super helpful getting us neighboring rooms with our group. We did have a leak issue on the last night if our trip but the overnight attendant Allyson was amazing and had us in a new room and maintenance addressing the issue! I would definitely stay again."

"Beautiful stay at the Hyatt House. The room was very clean. The bar was very nice and service was great. The pool was clean and well maintained. Overall, fantastic experience! Not too far from the beach either which was a plus! Highly recommend this hotel."

"Pros: Nice, clean place with easy beach access. Staff were nice. Good location. Cons: I don’t know if they have a strict adherence to the 4:00 check-in time or if housekeeping is understaffed, but we got there between 3-3:30 and couldn’t check in because room wasn’t ready. When we came back a little after 4:00 there still seemed to be some confusion as to whether or not the room was ready, thankfully, it was. Housekeeping didn’t knock on our door the next day until almost 6:00pm! I’ve never been to a hotel where they’ve came by so late. Hotel elevators and corridors were hot & stuffy. The elevators I can understand, but it seems like the only reason the corridors were that way is because the AC is turned off at night? I noticed as the day went on the corridors felt better and then the next morning they would be stuffy again. Pool is pretty small too. It was a nice place though and I would stay here again, but I do think the rating on hotels.com is too high. I would give it an 8, not a 9.2."
