"I've stayed there before the room is fine. The bed is comfortable. The last two times I was there, the Wi-Fi didn't work so I had no TV. I called the office and was told there was nobody there to help. The next morning I found out that the maintenance staff is there till 11 o'clock. The person at the check-in desk was not very friendly. She didn't even tell me about breakfast, and the first key didn't work. The breakfast - the egg was flat and round, the meat were round cold cuts. I had to ask for fruit and it was canned. No fresh fruit. I have been there before and the breakfast was good so I was disappointed."

"The rooms are very nice with a beautiful Gulf view. The staff during any interaction replied shortly, never friendly. Elevator is broke down for one side of the hotel so if you’re on the 4th floor that would be a horrible experience especially if traveling with children. It doesn’t appear it will be fixed anytime soon either. During check-in when she tried to assign me to that side I refused and told her she would need to find me something with elevator access. I did get moved."

"We had a very late check in but the lady was nice and answered our questions. Breakfast was great! Parking was free and easy. Pool was great! It was great to walk out straight to the beach. The only issue was the room smelled really bad, not sure what the smell was but it was definitely strong ."

"Clean place. I expected as much as we paid for two nights to had bigger size rooms. Was small when it came to the sleeping area and how close the bathroom was from the bed. Phone wasn’t working, called downstairs, they never came up. Also, no ventilation in the bathroom so keep the bathroom door cracked. Pretty basic rooms but clean. Breakfast was pleasant."

"The hotel was very crowded due to a concert in town. The staff were there to help make everything go smoothly. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the sandwiches from the market place in the hotel. Overall experience was excellent."
