I had called ahead because I had been traveling since very early that morning, was not feeling well, and was beginning to be affected by the heat. Brittany mistakenly assured me that I could check in early, so I made my plans based on that information. When I arrived, however, the employee training her repeatedly discussed—in front of both Brittany and me—that Brittany could get in trouble for allowing it and that I should be charged an additional $50. Any correction of a newer employee should have been handled privately, not in front of a guest. Brittany remained kind, professional, and compassionate throughout the entire situation, took responsibility for the misunderstanding, and honored what she had told me. I was also very disappointed to discover that the hotel rooms do not have microwaves and that there was no microwave available for guests to heat their food. For a Hilton conference hotel, I expected better basic accommodations and a more professional approach to guest service.

The hotel and room were nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located close to all the shops and just a 15-minute drive from the business campus. We would definitely stay here again next time!

The room was clean. However, it would make the room more enjoyable if they would invest in a dehumidifier. Because the area is so warm, humidity can cause a sort of odor in the rooms. Keeping the a/c on can make the stay too cold rather than comfortable. Check in was easy however it seemed the room was currently being utilized when I checked in. However, they were able to upgrade and accommodate with a better room. Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were clean.

Positives: The room was spacious and quiet and everything was clean. Very convenient location at the corner of the university campus. Easy parking on premises. Fast elevators. Friendly staff. Room for improvement: The room did not have towels when we arrived, we were not able to receive a roll away bed, the air condition was extremely cold and temperature could not be changed, our room was not serviced during our 2 night stay. While the guests before me were offered water at check-in, I was not offered the same - probably because I booked with Expedia rather than with hotel directly.

I arrived very late and got to my room to find hair all over the bathroom, on the floor, around the sink, and stuck to the walls of the shower. There is no longer a business center despite the website saying so, in case that is important to anyone. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear your neighbors pretty clearly at all times. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful, I had only great interactions with all.
