"The only problem we had was the parking. We stayed in bottom floor handicap room. We had to park on the other side of the hotel. The parking was awful. Would have to ride around until someone was leaving to get a spot. We never did get to park on the side our room was on."
Palmetto Beachfront Hotel, a By the Sea Resort

"Stayed for 3 nights in September 2026. Great location, right on the beach, with a large pool. Close to shopping and restaurants. We had a room with 2 queen beds and living room kitchen combo. Loved it. Room was spacious as well as the balcony overlooking the beach and gulf. I believe all rooms in this main building have balconies but be aware, they have a smaller building across the street. I believe they call it the north side. That building is not on the beach, it;s across the street. The only issues I had was one of the lamps in the living room didn't work, nor the light on the balcony. I didn't report it though. Also note, there was no phone nor clock in the room."

"Friendly, courteous and attentive staff. Clean and comfortable room with comfortable bed and pillows. Complimentary breakfast buffet simple yet effective. Tasty coffee. ☕️ Only complaint is that I was awaken Monday morning by three maintenance people throwing metal pipes onto the back of a flatbed trailer right outside my room. Very aggravating.
