"I booked two rooms: one with a queen bed on the first floor and one with two beds on the second floor. We received the two queen beds on the first floor and one bed on the second floor. The clerk was too busy and didn't want to figure it out. My husband and I needed the first floor as we requested because his mobility prevents him from going up the stairs."

"We have stayed here several times. We were taken aback when we arrived. The property is now not maintained outside. Overflowing garbage cans. Dog feces all around the property. Room floor is buckling. Toilet roll holder as broken (we fixed it)"
