Totally understand excitement of children but they were rambunctious and the parents to did nothing to stop them from screaming and going into our personal space. The manager did not have a way to bypass it(or she wouldn't) so I have to go back and get a card from my mother in law just to check in. It was not clearly mentioned during the process of reserving the room on Expedia site. It caused a headache and almost $80 in cab fare to get the cc. If it's required, it needs to be mentioned...
