"Tendo a dare due opportunità, errare è umano, ma questo gestore è davvero scorretto e spocchioso. Prenoto per le notti tra il 19 e 21 settembre. Mi presento in struttura, chiamo il numero davanti alla porta e mi viene comunicato che sono stato spostato in un'altra loro struttura, li vicino. Mi dice al telefono che sono 200 metri, in realtà sono 500, nella direzione opposta alla mia destinazione. La scelta della struttura era fatta per la posizione. Scopro poi che la struttura che si chiama Movie...

"Check in was a nightmare, no desk person, trying to receive instructions was a difficult task, one set of keys only, so we had to leave together or couldn't access doors. Asked for help, via phone call to hotel service received an invalid phone number. Issues left unsettled regarding city tax. This place was not good. Terrible service (no service actually). "

"I did enjoy our stay after we were finally able to get in! Checking in was not fun nor clear!! We got to the location and could not even get in the door of the building. We waited and waited until finally someone was exiting the building. We got in to find out it’s on the 9th floor. You can with take the endless stairs (horrible in the heat) or go up to the first floor and take the small elevator. Once there we knocked and knocked and no one answered. We left our bags and made the journey back...

"This "hotel" was closed when we arrived from the airport, at about 10:30pm. (We had tried to call them earlier, several times, but nobody answered.) So I had to find another hotel. The next day, I tried to call them again, four or five times; nobody answered. So I stayed at the new hotel for the rest of my trip. So all in all a big zero out of five from me. However, I have no complaints about Expedia, who refunded my hotel bill when I explained the situation."

"I liked the style of the property but I could hear the neighbours and everything outside through the walls. There was no proper insulation. You need golf carts to take the vistors to their respective rooms especially if they are of old age and cannot walk the whole way. This should not be a privilige"
