Good budget option for Rome, helpful staff. No complaints and they kindly accommodated our request for an earlier check in which saved us after our overnight flight. Only issue is it’s a bit out of the way from the centre and a long walk to heart of Trastevere, however there’s a great ice cream/bakery right next door!

Everything about this property was beyond excellent. The communication with the staff, the easy instructions to enter the property if arriving after the recommended window, the parking, the cleanliness… the only thing I regret is not staying there even longer.

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing 2 night stay, easy self check-in. Beautiful spacious and modern room. Breakfast of our choice served in our room. Helena was very friendly and helpful guiding us with how to get around with bus-tram. We were lucky to have found free parking on the Street.

Beautiful, clean newly renovated rooms with very easy access to the street car. Only downside is off site parking but is a quick walk 3 mins down the road. Overall great experience and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

We stayed one night before heading to the airport to return home. This property was conveniently located near the train station, we were able to walk easily even with all our luggage. The room was clean and nice, staff was helpful. I would not recommend this area for a longer stay in Rome (it’s fine/safe enough, just more workaday and not super convenient to the main tourist sites)…but this was perfect for our needs.

Must Stay

We highly recommend this location. It is within walking distance to all the main attractions in Rome. There is free parking all around the area of the Trastevere Gallery Suites. Rooms are beautiful decorated, clean and spacious. Breakfast is delivered to your room in the morning. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

There was a patio door that was off the top hinge, and it was somewhat dangerous. This added to the street noise. All staff were EXCELLENT, and VERY HELPFUL!

Excellent place to stay. They have converted a huge 1960 apartment into a number of rooms and common lobby area. The beds and bathrooms are all new and excellent. The reception desk is open during the main times flights arrive 8am - 2pm with an after hours contact. They are on WhatsApp this was very helpful, since I had data but no Italian phone. There is an excellent gelato and breakfast place on the street level. Problems, the temperature is hard to control and there is sound leaking from neighbours and you are on a noisy street, but this is workable. The location is excellent for getting around you are on the number 8 tram route (Rome transit now does tap payment) which arrives about every 7 minutes and a short distance from a main train station which has trains about every 20 minutes. Restaurants, food and groceries are not too far up the street.

Great find at a reasonable price. We arrived after 7 pm so no staff at desk but the directions were very clear and the room was lovely and spotless. Breakfast served to room by very cheerful staff, and we ate on balcony. Not in central Rome but if you're OK with this interesting Trastevere area, I'd recommend.

Terrible B&B in Rome

We were given the wrong address at first, I went up 4 flights of stairs with 4 luggage’s for them to tell me that unit is full we had to go next door to their other unit, ZTL zone all around, we had to park 10 minutes away and walk, once we get inside we notice a room next to us getting a new mattress, so we immediately went to check the bed for bed bugs and load and behold bed bugs, we called the owner right away to come and see and he said it’s impossible his mattress’s are 100% bug proof, so we asked him what all the bed bug droppings were and he said nothing we are exaggerating, we said we are not sleeping there we want a refund he said he can’t because we already paid, we booked another hotel and that’s that. Do not stay here.

We like that it was close to the train station. The building next to it is in renovation, so no view. The bath towel was old. The safe in the room is not screw. The people at the reception are very helpful and friendly. Pole for clothes are so high, you need a stick to hang up your clothes.
