“They charged about car parking 15euro per a day. Also the parking area is very narrow. It was a bad policy of them. Because of even I am a room guest. Also the breakfast is cheap foods everything. I never book again this hotel. ”

“Great location, value for money and if you don´t want to rent a car to move around you are in the centre of everything. Didn´t have much contact with the staff they seemed to be accommodating but there was not many opportunities for engagement since we were outside of the hotel most of the day. Breakfast was decent but lacked options for gluten free if you have this diet or restriction might be something you care for, but there are many options around the hotel that are more than suitable.”

“Excellent location, walking distance to all attractions, beach, old city and Pincho bars. The staff were amazing, and helped us figure out what tours to take and they even made all the reservations for us on line. The restaurant at the hotel Narru was also excellent and so convenient. Great menu and wonderful food. I highly recommend this hotel, will definitely rebook Arbaso if I revisit San Sebastián again.”
