"Great check-in experience and a really friendly welcome. We were lucky that our room was available early, which was very much appreciated after an early flight into Zurich. The room was quiet, spacious and comfortable, with a great bed, lovely bathroom amenities and a really good shower. My only small niggle was the hairdryer — as someone with long hair, having to hold the button down constantly made it a little awkward to use, so it could probably do with an upgrade. The TV didn’t have the usual streaming apps. It did have a streaming function, but unfortunately we weren’t able to get it working during our stay. The location is excellent too, around a five-minute walk from Zurich train station, with a tram stop right outside the hotel. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay in a great central location."

"The drain for the shower was terrible, water went everywhere. Other than that, there is no free shuttle bus from hotel to airport, charge CHF 10 per person. Recommend to take bus if you can handle luggages. The bus station is 3-5mins walk from the hotel."

"Nice hotel close to train and bus stations which makes for easy transportation. Also close to the airport which makes it a very convenient place for your arrival or the day before your plane takes off. I had dinner here and the food is amazing. staff is helpful and friendly."

"Friendly, helpful staff. Very happy that room was ready early. Room was clean but on the small side. Comfortable bed. A bit unusual layout in that the shower was in the room, but covered by a curtain so there was privacy. The toilet was separate. The sink was in the room. It all worked out fine though. Another plus is this hotel is very close to the train station, so very convenient for traveling."
