The hotel is of beautiful French colonial style and in the heart of old town, very convenient to go anywhere with lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The staff is friendly and very helpful. When you check in, you literally go through a whole orientation of the hotel and neighborhood. They really treat you like royalties, the level that you don’t often even get from the five star international brands. Highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely come back and stay here. "What a wonderful location for this new hotel at the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarters, only just opened this October 2025. This hotel has extremely friendly and very dedicated staff from reception, house keeping to restaurant and breakfast who showed us professionalism, friendliness as they really went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable and unforgettable. The customer service manager Rose greeted us whenever we entered or left the hotel advising us on various culinary dishes to sightseeing locations, a big thank you to Rose. We stayed for 9 nights and found that many of the attractions are within walking distance from the hotel, so please take advantage of the local attractions especially “Train Street” just a few minutes walk. We also had a few day trips, in particular we liked the 12 hour long trip to Halong Bay (Ha Long Bay). This was very adventurous and exciting and do recommend walking shoes. Our stay at Hotel Du Las Signature was very memorable and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and we will definitely be coming back."
