“We booked for ourselves and my mom via Expedia, when I reached out to the hotel asking if there was a way to keep us close to each other and if my mom’s room could have handicap bars they responded positively and our rooms were as promised…right next to each other. It seems that they are remodeling room by room, and while things weren’t perfect you could see they were working on them. We stay up in this area a lot and this was our first time here. “Check in was annoying as I did not get my check in directions and I came well pass normal check in time. I had to call for help which required having to deal with stupid Ai technology. Once I did get my room, I went to it and it was still dirty and uncleaned with a the bed messed up and trash everywhere. I had to call Ai help again and get a new room. This was after an exhausting day and just wanting to go to sleep. The company took $50 off for the inconvenience...whoopty doo! If everything...
