After advertising a pool, there was no water in either the pool or hot tub. Also, my husband left a cross necklace in his room, that was given to him on our wedding day. It was never "found" when he checked out and called immediately. I spoke with the Choice hotel manager, housekeeping manager, and Choice customer service to no avail. One other thing is that you need to recharge your room key every day, inconvenient and extremely dissapointed.
