"A localização é otima para quem quer ficar proximo da estação sumare, avenida sumare, cardeal arcoverde (igreja do calvario). Para mim foi um tiro no pé já que pretendia ficar proximo da barra funda e pompeia....fiquei super distante. O quarto é limpo e organizado, mas o colchão é leve e escorrega no box, travesseiro parece uma folha. Pelo valor, achei que não compensou...gastei demais com uber."

"100% of communication is via automated service/chatbot. We requested early checkin, which wasn’t available, nor was the ability to hold our bags, and while totally understandable, we did, expect a 3p entry. We were told we would receive passcode 1 hr prior to checkin, however, even after multiple WhatsApp chatbot messages, didn’t receive. Luckily, we found a random guy onsite that helped us get in touch with someone for a code, because we didn’t hear back from the chatbot until almost 530pm...

"The flat is absolutely not what is promoted on Expedia. I rented the flat for my family of four because on Expedia it said that it is suitable for 4 people. However, one of the beds that the flat offers is a sofa-bed that is completely broken. Alongside this, the flat was totally dirty when we arrived. Clogged sink, clogged toilet, dirty floor, and dust everywhere. They describe that they provide bath towels and bed sheets, but they are the WORST quality possible. The owner does NOT talk to you...

"The days of my stay were very cold, and the apartment had no heating system. The blanket was extremely thin, so I was a bit cold during the night. When I asked for a heater or extra blanket, I was told it wasn't possible. The apartment is very nice, but the service was average to poor. "
