"Oh wow what a fantastic stay. Even with the on going pandemic the staff at the hotel still went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Yes the dining times are currently reduced and there’s no kids club but they still try and run all aspects that they can like the water slides. The staff are always happy and smiley. Will go out of their way to help you. The rooms are kept spotless and are enormous by all inclusive standards (it would be great if they could have a tv in them). The hotel...

"het was niet schoon de bedden waren ook erg vies. Beddengoed zaten de gaten in. ook schone handdoeken moet je zelf om vragen. Badkamer was beschimmeld. De jongens gaven wel prima service en deden erg hun best"

"Room we got was for 4 people, with one double bed and 2 twin/single beds, but no room for walking or opening suitcases. Bathrooms and shower were combined! You can literally sit on the toilet and wash your hair at the same time! Breakfast was only hard boiled egg, one kind of cheese, olives and bread. Only positive was the location! Close to the beach and Apollo Temple. "

"The hotel was closed for business, shut, no longer trading !!! I will be raising a complaint when I arrive back in the UK on 20th November. I will be requesting a full refund and a gesture of goodwill from yourselves. It was very inconvenient, but luckily I was able to find another hotel for the night. I just want to confirm that it is/was the correct hotel. The address on my booking confirmation and your website is the same address on google maps. I hope this review is sent to a department...
