Ok for 1night.

Hotel was just ok. Wifi was not working and when we checked out no compensation was provided for this lack of amenity. We ate the resteraunt and the food was delicious but the service was very very slow and forgetful. We sat outside and maybe the staff just kept forgetting us and our requests. Our room had a dirty old unnecessary rug in it and the bathroom was awkward with random cheap furniture. A capsule shower was in the corner with lots of room for a better amenity. The door scraped on the tile floor and the tile workmanship overall was not well done.

Not what I expected for s 4 star

Not so good I had recently at the Best Western in Patti Sicily that I was so impressed by the comfort, excellent bed & smooth sheets, food, service & newness I said going forward I will stay at 4 star Best Western!!! Then I stayed here eventhough you can tell it had designs it was tired … the room & elevator smelled musty, bed sheets were rough! The bed was hard & uncomfortable tossed all night. Restaurant opened at 8pm for dinner. Listing said free parking they wanted 10 euros to park on site. The free parking was on the street & I had to wait an hour until I found a spot. Location is not that great. I was spoiled in Patti Sicily which I would highly recommend. This place is a 3 star.

The hotel is pleasant, very quiet. The best part was the restaurant. Excellent food, very fresh, reasonable prices, top service too. - One of the annoying things for a lot of travellers (I stay in 50-60 hotels every year), are noisy mini bar fridges. I always turn them off over night when they are noisy. Not many people use them anyway, who wants to pay €2.50 or more for a coke? This one had an especially loud hum (it may not seem so during the day), but it was impossible to turn it off. It woke me up several times during the night. - I was pleased to see a kettle in the room - rare in Italy. Then i discovered there was no coffee provided. Pity.
