So My family is totaly disappointed. Whne we came two receptionist explained me that I need preautorisation my credit card, asked me credit card and put in authorisation machine. I tried to explain that this card is only for web shopping purpose. After that they asked me to pay in advance in cash. I was very disappointed. I got invoice on my insisting. Room was for two persons although my reservation was for three persons. 2 glasses, 2 sleepers and finaly I killed a bug in a bathroom. Never ever again.

Siamo clienti, ma non ci torneremo mai più

È la prima volta in vita mia, che un hotel, per risolvere il problema mi propone un downgrade della camera. Prenoto una Deluxe, arrivo in hotel, mi assegnano la camera, mi accorgo che mancava il topper sul materasso. Scendo alla reception, lo faccio presente, chiama la cameriera (con toni accesi, spiega che non c’è topper); allora chiedo che visto che il check-in è alle 14 del giorno dopo è l’hotel è vuoto, mi posso rifare IO i due letti, togliendo il topper dalla standard e mettendolo nella Deluxe. NON POSSIBILE, allora fatelo voi… NON POSSIAMO FARLO… chiama responsabile spiegando accaduto e mi liquidano con una sostituzione camera a standard (pagato Deluxe). Ho avvertito in reception che non prenoterò più da loro. Sono andato in un’hotel di fianco, mi hanno spiegato le loro camere, prenoterò da loro la prossima volta. Peccato

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Frühstücksbuffet ansprechend. Abzüge gibt es, weil die Zimmer sehr Ringhörig sind.
