“Best option for short connections ”

“숙박을 하지 못했습니다. 세르비아까지 가는 시간도 너무 걸리고, 국경에서 너무 정체가 되는 바람에 도착한다해도 다음날 아침이겠더라구요. 호텔스 사이트에선 취소한다 누르는 버튼도 찾을 수 없고, 숙소 측에 전화를 걸어도 받질 않았습니다. 혹시나 전화번호가 잘못되었나 싶어 공식 홈페이지에 들어가서 확인했는데도, 역시나 받지 않았습니다. 한국시간과 유럽시간의 차이가 있는데, 이런걸 고려하지 않은채 취소, 변경이 불가능한건 불합리하다는 생각이 듭니다. 그리고 대표 번호도 맞는건지 다시 확인 부탁드립니다.”

“Room was very clean. Every member of the staff that we encountered was welcoming and very friendly. Great customer service. They left my daughter a gift for her birthday which was very thoughtful ”

“The hotel is average, the room is small. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom is old and a little dirty. The location is terrible and breakfast is not good. The staff were generally helpful and friendly. Overall, definitely not worth the price and I would not stay there again. ”

“We loved the location of this hotel, right on the Republic Square, in the heart of the action. There was construction going on so the entrance was hard to find, signage was poor. The hotel needs to give a heads up to how to get to the hotel. We were also there during Marathon Weekend - very fun for all of the activity, the start/finish line right out our hotel window. The room was good, plenty of space, we like the safe/fridge. The young lady at the front desk was VERY helpful at check-in...

“The room was good, however the house keeper doesnt hoover the room. She cleans but never hoovers. I was also accused of taking 2 energy drinks from the mini bar. I dobt drink energy drinks and i never even opened the mini bar the whole duration of my stay. Otherthan that, it was an okay stay. ”

“First of all,I am asking two night of refund because out of 3 night stay, there was NO HOT WATER AT ALL.How do you take shower? First of all Ana,receptionist was really nice but they shouldn't have told that someone will be there from 8 am to 8 pm. I sent message that I will be arriving by bus around 4 pm. I arrived at 5 pm. No one was there. I didn't had password to open the main door. Luckily one lady open the door for me. Second as soon as I enter my room no.106, I wanted to take shower...

“The Hotel is very luxury and beautiful, but the staff was not well trained, at least not at the St. Regis standards, in my room there was no laundry bag, no writing pen, no cotton pads. I have to call for everything. It feels like something is missing, hopefully they will mange the property better in the future.”

“Breakfast is great & the staff are friendly. however, even though I reserved for a non-smoking room, the room was full of cigarette smell & I couldn’t open the window because more smoke would come in. When I requested for a help, they said all the rooms are smoke-free & later a staff came in with a spray - without knocking - & sprayed. That’s all. That didn’t solve the problem. Also, they are not responsive at the hotels.com emails”
