"On arrival we were given the room that we booked only to find out that the door did not lock once we tried to leave the room. After contacting the customer service representative we were told that it “should be safe anyway”. Obviously as a paying customer I was not happy with this. We were then moved to another room (which may I add was a downgrade) because it was all that they could offer us. No mention of a refund of the extra that we paid for the higher spec room and when I asked the question...

"Wonderful apartment in a good location to get to the old town. Very clean and spacious with large balcony. Easy check-in with clear instructions. Host was quick to help reslove an issue with the heating. Downside was the bath sealant was damaged, so water would leak all over the bathroom floor when taking a shower. "

"Stayed 2 nights, very affordable, needs the coffee machine cleaned + descaled, or taken out the property to avoid getting people sick. It was difficult to find out if I am at the correct building, because there are no signs saying that I am at the correct place. I then texted the hotel on Expedia, and I was contacted on WhatsApp by the lady in charge of bookings. I then received the codes and instructions how to access the room and check in. The parking was 30 RON per 24h , so it was good value...
