โFormer Officer's Club now a big hotel. Nice single room with a large bathroom. I was allowed to take my bicycle to the room, which on a tour is quite practical. Nice breakfast also.โ
โVery nice stay on this lovely boat! My parents had one of the double rooms and myself and the kids had the apartment. We were made very welcome by the owners. The boat was well equipped and beautifully decorated. The kids also loved that there was a basketball hoop & football goal they could use. Everyone was happy. โ
โStayed here while going to a friends wedding in the local area. Created to really friendly staff and check in was a breeze. The room was compact but had everything we needed, comfy bed and even a little hamper with slippers, teas coffee and milk.
Hotel is above a pub though thereโs a separate entrance so coming and going was easy.
Would recommend if youโre near by.โ
โIts a nice hotel and one of the best deals for families, one of the best breakfast options I have seen (though it's paid for adults), it's a bargain at only 12ยฃ and let's kids eat free with a paying adult.โ
โSaban and Belinda were great hosts. They were very accommodating and paused their laundry so i could do mine between the two different legs of my trip. I neeed to make sure i had enough clean laundry as i would not have access ta any laundry facilities for the next 12 days.
The room was nice, and perfect for a solo traveller.โ
โThe hotel reception was well run and check-in went very smoothly. Our room which was on the ground floor was spacious, very clean and well appointed, with a very comfortable bed. The only down side was the complicated lighting arrangement in the room. In the morning, we found the breakfast well stocked with a reasonable range of item. All in all it was a very nice stayโ
