"The Occidental resort is stunning. Very well managed. All staff at this resort are fantastic people. They definitely make your stay extraordinary. The entertainment was beyond what i expected. The food is very good, especially the Japanese restaurant and the royal level rooftop restaurant. I will definitely go to this resort again and again. Thank you for an amazing experience. 💜"

"This resort was spectacular. We were so happy in our decision to vacation here with our young kids and senior grandparents. The ramps and elevators make the walking very easy.
The food was delicious and way better than some of the reviews. The kids pool is an absolute highlight.
Silk and Amalfi were also superb.
Finally, their concierge Octavio is absolutely phenomenal. He went above and beyond more times than we could ask and honestly was one of the kindest people we met. We are so grateful for the help he gave us and our family and are sure to visit him on our return again soon. "
