“We don't like the Spa”

“With the exception of an issue with breakfast (which should have been included FOC but we were charged for it at checkout; at the time of writing this is under investigation by Hotels.com), we could not fault the location, the property or its management. It is wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A very very minor point but there was no plugs for the kitchen sink - we did enquire but were told there weren't any.”

“Very nice place. Wonderful stay.”

“We chose this hotel because of the onsite parking. It’s on the outskirts of the city and cost about 9€ in a taxi to get to the centre. It looks like a basic motel from the outside but the inside is lovely, nicely furnished. It’s clean, comfortable and the bathroom was modern. We enjoyed the breakfast, plenty of choice. The staff on reception were welcoming and helpful”

“The owners, Nicolas and Jose Luis and their families, were amazing, kind and generous hosts. We learned so much about the area and the culture of the Sierra de Francia. It is close to Madrid and an easy weekend getaway. ”

“Personnel was very friendly, but this was very difficult to find.”
