"This was probably overall our favourite hotel of 7 we stayed in in indonesia. You have the most around you to use, the breakfast was the best we had...huge variety! Swimming pool is great, and it has a swim up pool....big tick! The massage was brilliant and we had the room right next to the sea which was really relaxing. The staff were all too accommodating, and couldnt do enough to help you! We had 2 free cocktails each, which was a lovely touch. 2 min walk to the beach...10min walk into town. Would definitely reccommend staying here, good value for money too!"

"2-day stay here on Gili Air in the beautiful Gili Islands. Beachfront hotel on the west side and great for sunset. The rooms are comfortable with great amenities. The food and the hotel beach bar/restaurant is excellent and the service from Yura on reception, along with Nunung, Noval and Jenz was 1st class. We'll be back soon."

"Everything about our stay was INCREDIBLE! Would definitely recommend. We loved: • Both pools • Private beach on site with sunset views • Swim up bar • Great rooms pool view so convenient • staff was super helpful, friendly and amazing I forgot my charger and adapter and they are even helping me get it shipped by fast boat back to me. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel. Two things I would like to mention though: Animal lovers: The hotel is a 30 minutes walk from the pier. If you have ethical issues with using the horses to bring your luggage the walk with luggage is gruelling in the heat. We did it and it was not fun. Hopefully they come up with an alternative like porters or wheel barrow porters like in Brazil. Swimming enthusiasts: The beach is very shallow with coral pieces all over. Bring water shoes. They have a sister property with beautiful easily accessible to swim white sand beaches near the pier but no sunset. You can rent a bike a go swim there for f you’d like during your stay like we did."

"The resort itself was great. Close to the port and many businesses, such as restaurants, convenience stores, and bars. The beach was just across the road, and the resort had a private area with beach chairs and towels. Breakfast at the restaurant was very good, although there were fees for my Americano coffee, which was surprising. The room was almost equally divided between the bathroom and bedroom. There was a lot of wasted space on the bathroom that could have been beneficial in the bedroom. AC was very effective. Overall, a solid property with good advantages and a very friendly staff. I would return."

"Beautiful property. Iconic Indonesian views and experiences. Great food and amazing staff at the restaurants. Definitely must try the live lobster grilled while seating water front. Our biggest complaint was the front desk. I booked my prepaid reservation well in advance, cancellation period had passed. I needed to use a different credit card upon check-in for incidentals, and I provided my passport as a proof of identity. After we checked in, they kept contacting me through the evening, and insisting they needed the credit card though I showed the reservation with the credit card number that matched, they wanted the card. It really ruined my experience and the peacefulness and tranquility this resort offers. They apologized the next evening and offered a free transportation to the airport. They also promised some other gifts, but never received those. Management needs to rework their check in process. This was ridiculous. If the resort wasn’t so nice and the food so amazing I would’ve given this experience a 2. "

"Nice hotel and great location, far enough away from the late night noise. Our room was very small for 2 people. Breakfast was amazing! WiFi wasn’t good and the pool water was too warm for the hot days. Restaurant staff were lovely and I’d definitely go back despite these few small things."
